Give each job a customer, date, and time

Create a job title, choose a saved customer, and set the visit date and time. Add notes to describe the work you plan to do. This gives you a practical list of scheduled work to check before you head out.

See the work ahead

Review upcoming work on your overview or open the Schedule tab for your job list. Jobs are ordered by date and time, so you can see what is coming next and open a record when you need to change the details.

Mark finished work complete

After a visit, mark the job complete. You can reopen it if more work is needed. Completion updates your schedule; it does not automatically create an invoice, charge a customer, or send a notification. You stay in control of those steps.

Move from the visit to the paperwork

Use the saved customer record to create an invoice for completed work. Enter the actual services, parts, quantities, and rates, then review your totals. Your job list and invoicing tools are available in the same account.

Built for independent service work

SoloDesk can help a handyman plan repairs, a plumber organize customer visits, or an HVAC technician track upcoming work. It is a simple job list, without route optimization, automatic reminders, calendar synchronization, or multi-person dispatch. Use your own calendar or reminder tools when you need those features.

Get started in three steps

  1. Save your customer’s details.
  2. Add a job with its date, time, and notes.
  3. Review upcoming work and mark the visit complete when finished.

Your business, a little lighter.
