Select a saved customer when you create an invoice or schedule a job. Linking work to an existing record helps you avoid retyping contact details. SoloDesk keeps customers referenced by invoices or jobs from being deleted accidentally.

Record the work discussed with a customer or details that help you prepare for a return visit. Keep notes concise and relevant to your business. Your customer records belong to your signed-in workspace, and other users do not share your list.
Use your records across devices
Sign in with the same ChatGPT account to access your cloud workspace from a phone, tablet, or computer. An internet connection is required. If a save fails, the workspace offers recovery options rather than silently treating your edits as saved.
