Create a clear record of your work
Choose a saved customer, enter an invoice number, and set the issue and due dates. Add a description, quantity, and rate for each service or part. SoloDesk calculates the subtotal and any tax percentage you enter, so your customer can see what the invoice covers.
Put your business on the page
Add your business name, contact details, and address in Settings. Upload an optional PNG, JPG, or WebP logo to personalize printed invoices. Your business profile is saved with your account and is available when you sign in on another device.
Print an invoice or save a PDF
Open an invoice and choose Print / PDF. Use your browser’s print dialog to print a copy or save it as a PDF where your device supports that option. You can then share the saved file using your preferred email or messaging app. SoloDesk does not automatically send customer emails.
Keep paid and unpaid work in view
Record payments you receive separately and review outstanding invoices in your workspace. You can add an existing payment URL to an invoice. Integrated card processing is not active yet, so creating an invoice does not charge your customer.
Designed for solo tradespeople
A plumber documenting a faucet replacement, an electrician listing parts and labor, or a handyman billing for a finished visit can use the same straightforward workflow. SoloDesk focuses on invoices, customer records, and scheduled jobs; it is not a full accounting or tax filing service.
